When does an plant go from a ‘crop’ to a weed?

When it prolifically self-seeds and shows up everywhere.  That is what has happened to the row that once contained our camomile crop.  Little camomile plants are coming up all around the beets that now planted in that row.

With the cooler weather approaching, now is the time to harvest flowers for drying.  What looks a bit like pink broccoli is really cockscomb celosia bunched and hung in the drying room.  Stayed tuned for some amazing wreaths coming this winter.
