What we are bringing to market…May 26th

May 25, 2012 By Blue Skys Farm

Everything is growing like crazy these days, including the weeds!  Soil temps have been over 70 degrees this week which means that it’s time to plant!!!

Plants we will be bringing to market this week include….tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplant, kale, sage, hot and spicy oregano, standard oregano, basil, rosemary, thyme, lavender (both annual and perennial), lemon balm, orange mint, cilantro, parsley, flowering balsam and many more!

We will also be bringing:

Strawberries
Sugar Snap Peas
Kim’s Custom Salad Mix
Spinach
Rainbow Lacinato Kale

To Victor (and others fond of garlic scapes), our garlic has started to produce scapes!  They are harvest-able when they have one or two curls, so we should have them at market next week

See you all at the market!
