What we’re bringing to market…October 6th

October 5, 2012 By Blue Skys Farm

It certainly did NOT feel like the first Friday in October today!  By no means am I complaining either.  A beautiful start to Columbus Day weekend.

We are introducing a new item this week, it is a tasty mix of mizuna and ruby streaks.  Both are mild Asian greens and they can be enjoyed both raw in salads or cooked quickly in a stir fry or add it to some soup just before serving.  Yum!  Here is a photo of the beautiful mix otherwise known as the Frilly Fall Mix.
