Market – July 20th

July 19, 2013 By Blue Skys Farm

Good Evening,

The produce is packed and the flowers are staying cool overnight in
the
walk-in cooler.  As you can see the produce containers are covered in
wet burlap.  We do this to keep them cool while in transit and at the
market.

Our corner of the walk-in cooler.

Produce includes:

Many Varieties of Tomatoes
Zucchini & Summer Squash
Jalapeno Peppers
Full Stemmed Garlic
Kim’s Custom Salad Mix
Red Bor and Rainbow Lacinato Kale
Bright Lights Swiss Chard
Golden Beets
French Breakfast Radishes

As you can imagine, the cooler was the best place to be!

Below are some photographs taken at the farm this afternoon.
