See you at the markets!

*This coming week, we have softneck garlic. As compared to hardneck garlic.

What’s the difference, you ask?

Softneck garlic is the variety you’ll find in most grocery stores. The bulb has a mild flavor, and it stores very well.

Hardnecks are closer to wild garlic, with complex flavors. They do not store as well as softnecks.

So you can safely stock up on our softnecks, confident in the knowledge they will last a while.
