Here’s a good recipe for either Turnips or Radishes:
Glazed Hakurei Turnips
Ingredients:
- baby hakurei turnips, baby turnips, or red radishes
- butter
- sugar
- salt

We will have very limited greens due to the frigid cold. While the plants still live, they do not grow enough to harvest.
 Finally finished the new high tunnel! Doing bed preparation in spite of the cold and will start planting in mid-February. |
