Farm News!

We are very fortunate to have customers that appreciate the beauty of locally grown, pesticide-free flowers. In addition to providing flowers at the farmer’s market, we also asked to provide flowers for special occasions. This week, Christina harvested flowers for a wedding.  Below are beautiful dalias, celosia, globe amaranth and sunflowers.

The hot summer weather has aided in the curing of our onion and shallot harvests. The final step to curing is to remove the dried top and the root end. Here, Earl is showing off the shallots she has been prepping for market. Nice work Earl!
