Farm News:

Yikes, it was a hot one today.  Seems that Mother Nature is once again throwing us right into summer temperatures.  Don’t get me wrong, I am not complaining, but *perhaps* we could ease into it a bit more?

Believe it or not, our upper fields (with a high water table) are still pretty wet.  Fortunately, our lower fields are ready for planting and we have been busy transplanting herbs, vegetables and flowers.  Sunflowers are in as well as all of the onions and shallots.

One of the first blooming flowers, camomile, are starting to open and smell amazing.

See you at the market!
