This Saturday is the first Pawtuxet Village Farmer’s Market of the season! Come and say hi to Christina, and meet the newest member of our team, Calum. (See this recent post for a picture of him at work.) Kim is still on vacation, but will return in time to greet all of you at next week’s market.

French raw radish recipeFor the first time this year, we’ll have Zlata Radishes! These crunchy, juicy, and somewhat spicy (though not too strong) Polish radishes were a favorite last year. Check out this post from last year for information about this variety of radishes, plus recipes!
