Pawtucket Wintertime Farmers Market – February 3

February 2, 2018 By Blue Skys Farm

(A reminder that we’ve changed the format of these posts for the winter. Instead of weekly posts, we’ll do them monthly.)

Come and visit us on Saturday:

Pawtucket Wintertime Farmers Market
Hope Artiste Village
1005 Main St, Pawtucket, RI
Saturdays, 9am–1pm

We will have fresh lettuce mix and spinach, dried herbs, plus storage crops like potatoes, carrots, beets, and onions from Zephyr Farm and Scratch Farm. And, as always, eggs from Pak Express Farm.

Farm News & Photos

We’re still reeling from that cold snap in December! Picking has been minimal, so we are especially grateful for our storage crops and dried herbs.

Did you know that we sample an herbal tea or tea blend every week? Visit our stand to see our latest recommendation. Our herbal teas make winter much more bearable, and help fill your house with hygge!

Coming up, we’re still working on seed orders and planning for spring and summer. This year, we’re planning to grow fewer vegetables, and focus more on herbs—largely for our Sanctuary Herbs of Providence project!
